  • 3 piece Onion
  • 20 g Garlic Sauce
  • 3 piece Tomato
  • 20 g Salt and Pepper
  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 400 ml Water

Instructions

Boil the OIl

Put 50 ml oil in the pan and boil it.

Put Onion and Garlic paste

After the oil gets boiled put onion and garlic and cook until the onion color becomes brownish.

Add tomato

Add Chopped tomato and cook for 2 min minutes. Then add salt, turmeric powder, and pepper.

Put Chicken

After tomatoes get cooked put chicken and cook for 1 minute. Then dd 400 ml of water and cover the pan with any plate or anything. Cook for 10 minutes.

Serve

Serve it with rice or roti anything and enjoy.
